HAWKS BMX CLUB DIARY 2008
In partnership with Hillingdon Sports Development we are having local school groups come down to use the track and have a go at BMX Racing for 10 weeks every Wednesday from April
30th. We also have Mellow Lane School coming down for a couple of days the week before summer holidays and for a full day in the first week of the holidays. Other Schools like Chantry
and Youth Groups also have bookings this year.
With the Schools Outreach programme just before May Half Term visiting West Drayton Junior School and one other local school, it looks like being a busy summer for the Hawks.
NIGHTRIDER RACE SERIES
This is our summer evening series for newcomers to get a taste of bmx racing where all abilities can take part. There will be end of series trophies for all those that take part in 3 races or more and all points will count towards your overall ranking.
Registration to Race: 6.00pm - 6.45pm
Racing: 7.00pm - 8.30pm
Race Fee: £5.00
May 28th - Round 1
June 18th - Round 2
July 16th - Round 3
August 13th - Round 4

COACHING
April 15-17th - Easter Holidays Programme 12.00 - 4.00pm
Cost: £3.00
August 4th-21st - Summer Holidays Programme 12.00 - 4.00pm
Cost: FREE.
SCHOOLS OUTREACH PROGRAMME
May 21/22 Schools Outreach Programme.
CLUB SESSIONS
We run Club sessions from 11.00am - 2.00pm every Saturday (barring any National Race events or any
regional events) and Wednesday evenings from 6pm till dusk,during the summer (April 23rd - Late September). Cost: £3.00 each
(inc. bike, helmet & glove hire if required).
Lewis Robinson our club coach will also be on hand at most of these sessions making it ideal for beginners to come along and try the sport.
